Modern Or Not So Modern

So I was having troubles with how to go about deciding how modern I want my house to look like. I have asked several friends on ideas and they were really helpful by forwarding some ideas from email forwards they got. I sort of like the ideas but are they too extreme? What do you think? I like some and dislike other! What about you?

Need To Wake Up Early?

Have you recently missed a flight? got to work late? missed a meeting? And all that because you were asleep and could not wake up... Well I have and that is why I give you the four scientifically proven steps, according to Askmen, in order to wake up early and never miss an important date, deadline, or meeting ever!

Step #1: Go to Bed Early!
---> getting six to eight hours of solid sleep is very important! you might put this off thinking that no matter what you will still be tired but if you get enough amount, a six to eight hours is enough and its proven, then you will be able to function effectively and efficiently throughout the day without feeling tired.

Step #2: Drink Water
---> drinking water is very important for your health. I do not mean drinking it right before you go to bed but throughout the day!It is very important to be and stay hydrated because dehydration will make you feel tired and not wanting to do anything. So drink up.

Step #3: Get Up & Stay Up
---> whatever you need to do to get out of bed DO IT! set the alarm clock across the room if you need to. When you wake up don't lie down in bed and say to yourself "Ok maybe just ten more minutes" because you know that "ten minutes" will turn out to be two hours! so as soon as you wake up get up and get out!

Step #4: Establish A Routine
---> Establishing a routine is very important. Once your body get use to getting up early then it will be automatic. The first several days might be the worst day but once you get through them and establish that routine that you are looking for then you are set for life...well maybe not for life but until you mess it up again.

3 WAYS TO BEAT YOUR BAD HABITS

I, myself, have so much bad habits that I would kill to get rid off. I will definitely NOT disclose them because I am ashamed of them :) but I came across an article that helps tackle/sets you in the right path to get rid of those bad habits. Its known that you need to be very strong and have will power, which I lack, to get rid of bad habits such as smoking, drinking, and addictions in general. Well, those are really bad habits but bad habits could be other habits that you see bad in your own eyes like cravings, chewing gum, nail biting..etc. Anyways, those three steps would set you in the right direction to overcoming those habits.

#1) WEAR A RUBBERBAND


when you feel a craving coming on, snap your wrist three times quickly. Scientists and torturers call this negative reinforcement: Craving equals pain. It's akin to smacking yourself on the nose with a newspaper.

#2) POUR YOURSELF A GLASS OF CURE

When it comes to nervous habits, water is your secret weapon. When you feel a craving coming on, chug at least 10 ounces. It's amazing how well this works.

#3) SWITCH SIDES OF THE BED

If you're a consistent habit former, you should overhaul your routines- what time you wake up, what you eat for breakfast, what route you take to work, and so on- every 3 months.

Co-exist-ing

For the longest time I was always against this "co-exist" sign and the reason behind it is because I thought that it did not include "Islam" and for two years whenever I saw that sign I always turned away and thought unfair thoughts. Only about two days I went and googled that sign wanting to know which religions it included and only to find out that the first sign was the one representing Islam. I was excited when I found out that Islam was included as all religions should be.

For our readers out there that never saw this sign well its a sign representing the different religions out there and it spells "co-exist" which means that all the religions out there should co-exist without any troubles or complications. Each person should have the right to practice whatever religion they want and this sign helps promote the fact that religions CAN and WILL co-exist.

Lately, I've been asked so many questions about my dream items that I would buy having unlimited amount of money. I never really thought of having or even browsing at yachts until I stumbled across this particular one. I have browsed through so many different boats and yachts trying to decide which I like the most (yes I have a lot of free time on my hands) and could not find one that would beat this specific one!

The reason this one attracted me the most is because it is so modern, clean, and fresh and that is what I liked the most about it! This yacht seems so comfortable. I would kill to have this but unless I can make millions or control my dreams I don't think I would be able to get it. Oh well!
